Cancellation Policy
Customers may request cancellation of a service within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that the service has not already been initiated or delivered.

Once a service request has been processed or work has commenced, cancellation may not be possible.
Refund Policy
If a service is cancelled within the permitted cancellation period and the service has not yet been initiated, the customer may be eligible for a full refund.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment.
If the service has already been initiated, partially delivered, or completed, refunds may not be applicable.
Service Issues
If customers experience any issues with the service provided, they are encouraged to contact our support team within 48 hours of service delivery so that we can review and resolve the concern.
